Welcome to Sycamore Ridge Elementary! At Sycamore Ridge, we believe schools are at their best when learning is collaborative, relationships are strong, and everyone feels a sense of belonging. I bring over fifteen years of experience in education and more than seven years of school leadership experience, including administrative service within the Del Mar Union School District. My leadership is grounded in a strong instructional focus and a deep commitment to student-centered learning, innovative teaching practices, and creating the conditions for all students to thrive. 

We value collaboration, community, and learning together. The strength of Sycamore Ridge lies in our people, dedicated educators, engaged families, and incredible students working in partnership.
